Our end-to-end housing model is a comprehensive approach that supports individuals throughout their entire journey from homelessness to stable, independent living. At Homemore, this model encompasses:

  • Emergency / Temporary Accommodation:

    Our 24-hour staffed facilities provide immediate shelter for those in crisis. We offer more than just a bed, ensuring residents have access to care, wellness support, and first aid. This stage includes:

    • Immediate safety and stability
    • Initial assessments to understand individual needs
    • Engagement with vital support services

  • Supported Living

    This 1-3 year programme focuses on helping residents gain the skills needed for independent living. Key aspects include:

    • Practical support tailored to individual needs
    • Assistance with CV writing and employment opportunities
    • Ongoing treatment and therapy as required
    • Continuous engagement with community services

  • Independent Living with Outreach

    While not currently available, this future service will provide:

    • Support for those transitioning to fully independent living
    • Continued outreach to ensure long-term stability

This end-to-end approach ensures continuity of care, reduces the risk of individuals falling through the cracks, and provides a clear pathway towards independence.
